Good rolls of course. Sporkie and roasted vegetable pizza were very good. Mike at the bar was superb

Had a nice meal with my cousin while I was in town. Sometimes I get nostalgic for New England chains like Bertucci's since I've moved away, so this hit the spot. Love their rolls! Wish I'd gotten to try some of the desserts. Four stars because their service is ridiculously slow for a restaurant that seems to be almost empty every time i go in there.

Very good food and service

The ambience is warm, decor is tastefully done. We ordered a vegetarian pizza.. It was fresh and well prepared, the waitress was pleasant and helpful. Overall it was a delightful experience!

Love Bertuccis Chicken Piccata totally awesome!

The food is good, service is very good. Portions on items like Lobster Salad ($23!) With only 2oz of Lobster... was pathetic. Other dishes were very good.

Ordered take out for my Moms birthday ( her favorite ) and thought with social distancing, this was a great option. , Food was subpar, chicken piccata rubbery, slice of cake thin. For the price and tip, very disappointed.

Great place to work everyone's really friendly and it's very organized here. The pictures are from this one time they had a outdoor pizza oven and gave out free pizza.

Always a gamble to eat here. When it's good, it's good, and I have had good service here from time to time. But at least 50% of the time they seem woefully understaffed and we end up waiting *forever* for anything, which then comes out lukewarm. The staff are usually courteous, at least. They just seem overwhelmed, even when the restaurant is half empty.

Averaged food quality, with updated interior, bright, spacious and clean setting.

Take out tonight was a nightmare. When I arrived they had forgotten to make one of my two ordered pizzas. No apology. I waited 15 more minutes while they made it. Then I said I had also asked for five rolls. When they went to get them, there were none ready. They said I could wait. I grabbed my pizzas and left. So much for the Canton location. I will go to the Norwood Bertucci's going forward. And Canton wasn't even busy.

For those who are familiar with Bertuccis but have not been, in a while, prepare yourself for a rude shock. Many of the recipes have been altered and reduced to a cheaper version than previous. Especially the Chicken Marsala and Shrimp Scampi. I would prefer to visit any other restaurant, which is a shame given the wait staff are generally hardworking and good.

Always good service and we enjoy the food and drinks. Mussels with red or white wine, garlic and lemon sauce are delicious!

I had a issue the mgr handled it excellently the waitress was very good. The restaurant was very clean.. I would go back again.

Very disappointed in service. In an effort to help keep the food industry going during this epidemic, we decided to order pizza. After getting there to pick them up! One hadn’t even been made. So I was thinking they would redo the first one to be hot going out the door with other one. NO !!! Just got a sorry from the staff. As a paying customer why should I have barter for a correction that’s the staff responsible to intelligently make that decision. It seem I wasn’t the only one that had their order incorrect. So this is easy to fix, purchase pizza elsewhere, like Stone Loven, across the way! Sadly this wasn’t the way it was in the past. They use to be a great place to visit or take out from.

Thought the went out of business, glad to see some locations still exist. Unfortunately not my local place.

Great place, first time, I moved here from Indiana, and this place had the best Staff, our Waiter LJ (I think was his name) was great.

My wife and I were ignored after being seated. We sat there for 20 minutes waiting to place an order before deciding to leave and go to another restaurant. Can't think of a good reason why two waitresses can service three other nearby tables continuously while we were not offered drinks or dinner rolls.

Tried this place already with a friend and I am addicted since then. I like the good ambience and flavorful dishes and beverages. 5 stars.

Great food! great drinks(tipsy)! Superb wait staff. Great pizza. Its a" dip your bread into some delicious olive oil. Coke-a-cola here just like the good old days. Carry-out/sit-down/delivery with doordash.

Had the lobster farmhouse salad, it was perfect. Out of iced tea ...its 98 degrees out. My only option was soda or lemonade. Other than that , service was great

Tried their "New" Bloody Mary. It came back pretty bare bones, no olives like in the picture that caught my interest. I asked for it to be extra spicy, it was not. However, it was the thickest Bloody Mary I've had, which made it hard to drink. Took a few sips and called it a day. Seems like the the guys at HQ need to go back to the drawing board with this drink.

Got in right before dinner rush - try to go before 5pm if u dont qanna be crowded! Foods been the same for years, I always order the chicken broccoli & ziti with cream sauce- and you cant go wrong with the Bertuccis roLLs (&that oLive oiL mixture sauce to dip the bread in...deLiSh)! Service was just okay, would of been much better if the pLace didnt get packed so quickLy. Great menu options & many desserts to choose from! We got the baked chochlate chip cookie with ice cream chocolate sauce whipped cream and a cherry it was deLish!

We went there with our daughter and ordered drinks. When we got our drinks some spilled on the table and we cleaned it up ourselves and my daughter’s drink was flat. We had a blue Hawaii and a classic margarita and the did not taste that great. The food was a little off but came on time. The place was clean and friendly.

Ordered takeout due to Quarantine. Got. Shrimp Rossini and Wings. The pasta was overcooked and clumped together and the shrimp were rubbery and tasted like they were frozen. The wings had absolutely zero flavor. I’ll give it a chance because I’ve eaten in the restaurant and it was night and day but this was disappointing to say the least.

Service is awful my wife ordered soup with her meal never got it,asked for sugar and milk with a cup of coffee ,had to ask for it again after a five minute wait,asked for cheese for our meals also had to ask a second time.we were never asked if we would like refills on our drinks or more rolls!!! The food was good it's a shame The service is not

I know Bertucci's has had some trouble recently, but I don't know why. The food is great. The employees are friendly. They're pretty accommodating when it comes to most allergies. The decor is pretty stereotypical, but gives it a nice homie feel. And, their rolls are fantastic! (Not all locations do it, but some will let you come in and just get a big bag of rolls to go. It's awesome.)

I never heard of a place that serves pizza and doesn't have their oven going at 3-3:30 in the afternoon We ordered a chicken parm sandwich that was nothing but bread and a chicken alfredo that they forgot to put the chicken in. We will never go back

Quiet. Waitress was new and a bit clueless but the other staff helped her to help us.

Nothing great. Piza and drinks were good, but the shrimp scampi was too sour and bland, same with chicken piccata.
